Editing Workshop for Writers

We are really pleased to be supporting Leeds Big Bookend again with this exciting event:

An editing workshop and masterclass for writers where you will learn techniques to edit and shape your own work. Short story writers and poets welcome. Writers attending this workshop should bring a piece of work that they are willing to share with others.
Jacob Ross is a novelist, editor, short story writer, the winner of the Jhalak Prize. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Literature and has judged many literary and short story prizes including the V.S. Pritchett Memorial Prize and the Tom-Gallon Literary Awards.

There are four subsidised places available to students, anybody in receipt of benefits (i.e. Jobseekers Allowance, Universal Credit or PIP), lone parents, and workers on a part time or zero hours contract who wouldn’t be able to afford to come otherwise.
